BENFELL RESIDENCE

Detom Design provided a series of engineering services for this escarpment site in Wollongong's northern suburbs. We prepared a subdivision plan, carried out a flood study and designed a bridge crossing over the watercourse. Following approvals, Detom Design project managed the construction of all civil works associated with the subdivision.

We also provided detailed structural design for this northern suburbs home. Our engineers designed complex structures of this architecturally designed home included extensive structural steel framing for cantilevered balconies, pole supports and an entrance bridge.
