CLIFFTOP RESIDENCE

The owners asked Renèe Tenhave of Detom Design to assist with the landscape design and construction for their award winning home on the NSW South Coast. The brief included a clear aesthetic - relaxed feel, calm grey colours and hardy vegetation to withstand the cliff-top coastal location.

The design for this cliff-top retreat includes an intimate BBQ and dining area protected from the salty winds; a vegie and herb garden; privacy screening from the road and neighbours; and sculptural heath-like plantings of grey foliage plants that complement the outstanding ocean views.

We love knowing the owners have enjoyed the beautiful spaces and views and have nurtured this garden through its establishment phase into maturity.
