Detom Design's landscape architects provided professional consulting services to Landcom for this 80 lot residential subdivision on the New South Wales South Coast. The development of this parcel included the restoration of remnant bushland including the endangered ecological community Illawarra Lowlands Grassy Woodland; streetscape development; the retention of significant remnant fig trees; two suburban parks; and a large stormwater detention storage area.
