FLOOD STUDIES

Our civil engineers carry out flood studies as often requested by Councils for land identified as potentially flood affected.

Detom Design's engineers will assess the site in accordance with the relevant Council's design standards. Our engineers will then make recommendations to assist owners in determining the optimum use within the development constraints of flood affected areas. Our detailed reports include calculations, inundation mapping and flood risk precinct mapping.
