Village Building Company have taken a defunct brick pit site and have undertaken significant works to develop a 500 lot residential subdivision in the northern suburbs of Wollongong. The works included restoration of the significant Collins Creek and Hollymount Creek riparian corridors; urban parks; water quality measures; streetscape development and integrated housing.

Early stages of this subdivisional landscape including estate entry, Collins Creek and Hollymount Creek rehabilitation; parks; and integrated housing were designed and the contract administration managed for IBLA by Renèe Tenhave.
